Happy 7th Birthday Eric!
Today is my son's 7th birthday. I do not feel old enough to have a seven year old child. He is such a blessing. Seven fun years of t-ball and football games, watching him learn how to read and do math, going to Orioles games, going camping, now going all over the world. Today we will go to his choice of restaurant, go spend some of his birthday money, and watch Star Wars (his first time). Usually we would take him to Famous Dave's, for the passed few birthdays he had requested ribs for this birthday dinner treat, no equivalent of Famous Dave's here, but we will find something he likes.
I am the richest man in the world.

Dave, I saw Jimmy's post. It was easy for me because the Sun blog I set up already gave me my log on info.
Our kids and family's are our greatest earthly treasures and we (both) are truly blessed to have such great ones.
Hope that Eric had a great one!
I realized last night, that as we were doing the e-cards, that Eric's B-day had already started there. Sometimes the time difference is easy to grasp, sometimes not.

Take care, be blessed, and be a blessing,
    Steve

In just over seven years, I will be throwing my son's seventh birthday party, also. I look forward to doing many of the things that you mentioned, except it will be Cardinals games, of course!

Glad to hear that Eric had a good birthday.

    Your Shekinah Brother,
    Dan F.

    Brother Dave,
Hard to believe Eric is the big 7...I see he has the "McNabb" jersey on in your missions page photo. Won't be long before he's wearing a jersey of his own out on the playing field somewhere. May God's blessings be on him and the entire family, hope you enjoyed the day.

    Ben

Changing Lives Who Will Change Nations

You may recall we have been directing missionary internships for 15 years. We recently completed the first ever Go To Nations (GTN) Timothy Internship Program in the United States (Jacksonville, FL). Five new missionaries were equipped and empowered, they have been filled up and are ready to be sent out!

Generations

Send More Workers, Lord! Go To Nations has a proven equipping track that has been empowering new missionaries to go to the nations (see what I did there?) since the 1980's. Dave and I have been a part of serving with the Equipping Division for the past 15 years.

Balaan Bukid, Guimaras

This being Maundy Thursday we decided to join the pilgrims here in Iloilo and visit the Balaan Bukid on the nearby island of Guimaras. The hike details the stations of the cross, with the culmination of large cross on the highest point on the island. Afterwards we swam at the nearby Alubihod Beach. It was a perfect day to hike to the cross and then also to enjoy some sun and surf.
